Chic Save the Date Luggage Label

Save the date cards ensure that your wedding guests have plenty of notice of your wedding, and they therefore increase the likelihood of your guests’ attendance. Are you getting married during school holidays or on a bank holiday? Or are you marrying on a week day? Then make sure you send out a Save the Date card to ensure your guests are able to attend!

Save the date cards can be sent as soon as you have set a date, but it is important to make sure that your desired venue, church and caterers/suppliers are also free on this date before you commit to sending out your save the date cards.

Our Chic Save the Date cards are available as 75x148mm luggage labels tied with luxurious double satin ribbon and backed with ivory pearlescent board. They are finished with single, clear diamante crystals placed either side of ‘Save the Date’. Provided with C6 envelopes.

Chic Square Wallet Wedding Invitation

The Chic Square Wallet Wedding Invitation is a simple but elegant option, made from ivory pearlescent material and embellished with silver foil blocked text. This is a 150 x 150mm card with a handy wallet to hold all of the information you wish to include. This card is finished with double satin ribbon in a colour of your choice. Choose from either a square, circular or heart shaped diamante buckle.

All ribbons, buckles and envelopes are included in the price. Matching RSVP cards and Information Cards are available separately should you require them.

Chic A6 Wallet Evening Invitation

The Chic collection of wedding stationery is made from luxurious ivory pearlescent material embellished with silver foil text.

The Chic A6 Wallet Evening Invitation is designed to match the Chic wedding invitations. It is an A6 card with a handy wallet addition so that all information can be neatly contained. This card can be finished with double satin ribbon in a colour of your choice.

As most couples do not require RSVP cards for evening guests as there is no seated meal, RSVP cards are not included with the Chic A6 Wallet Evening Invitation. They are available separately if required, and could be placed in the wallet.

If you like, we are able to print your guest names in the invitations for you free of charge. This is particularly useful for our ‘A6 Wallet’ style evening invitations which are delivered to you pre-tied with ribbon. So this will save you having to untie and re-tie the ribbon to write your guest names out. (You will be able to see the guest name through the top of the invitation).

Price includes all ribbons and envelopes but RSVP cards and Information Cards must be purchased separately if needed.

Chic RSVP Cards

Matching RSVP cards are available and can be placed in the wallet of either the Chic Square Wallet Wedding Invitation or the Chic A6 Wallet Evening Invitation.

They measure 104 x 64mm and ask guests to confirm both their attendance and also any special dietary requirements. If you wish to quote an ‘RSVP by…’ date you can do this in your wedding invitation text.

The Chic RSVP cards are mounted on the same ivory pearlescent material to match your other items of stationery.

Price includes a matching RSVP envelope.

Chic Information Cards

If you would like to purchase our Chic 3-way folded wedding invitations or our Chic A6 Wallet Evening Invitation you may wish to purchase matching information cards to slot inside the wallet. These are priced separately since some venues give out information for you to send to your guests so you may not need them. Information of any kind can be printed on these cards, such as directions, maps, venue information, local hotel or taxi information, or even a special wedding message.

Up to 3 information cards will fit in the wallet, and they will be made as small, medium and large cards so that they stack neatly inside the wallet.

Chic Order of Service Cards

Order of Service cards are available for both church weddings and Civil Ceremonies. The Order of Service card provides the details of your ceremony and the words of your chosen hymns, readings, prayers and vows, along with the name of the vicar / registrar.

The Order of Service Cards are available as an A5 booklet with either 4 or 8 sides for your content. As a general guide, church weddings typically require 8 pages of content and civil Ceremonies typically require 4 pages of content.

The Chic Order of Service Cards are decorated with luxurious double satin ribbon in a colour of your choice, tied in a bow along the spine of the card. They are made from the same ivory pearlescent material to match your other items of stationery

Guests often like to retain these items as a keepsake. In fact, past customers tell us that they have been good enough to frame!

Chic Menu Cards

One menu card per couple is required, (not forgetting your single guests), and they can be set out on your reception tables so that your wedding stationery theme is continued into your wedding breakfast.

Our Chic Menu Cards are square, size 150 x 150mm, and made from the same pearlescent material to match your other items of Chic stationery. Luxurious double satin ribbon (in a colour of your choice) is tied along the spine of the card in a bow.

Chic Place Tags

As a modern alternative to place/name cards you may wish to use our Chic Place Tags, which are available in ‘luggage label’ format with double satin ribbon in a colour of your choice. The ribbons can be tied around wine glass stems or favours to make your reception room look truly beautiful.

Chic Place Tags are mounted on the same ivory pearlescent material to match your other items of stationery, and are decorated with single clear diamante crystals placed either side of your guest name.

Send us your guest names in an Excel spreadsheet and we will print them on the place cards for you at no extra cost. Please make sure you double and triple check the spelling of the names however, as we are unable to re-print if there are any mistakes!

Chic Place Tags with Mini Glass Vase Place Card Holders

Our Chic Place Tags fit perfectly in these beautiful mini glass vase place card holders. The stems of small flowers can be placed in these mini vase place card holders, which can be filled with water to keep your flowers fresh. These make lovely keepsakes for your guests to take home with them.

Chic Table Numbers

Our table numbers are double-sided and measure 150 x 150mm. They are mounted on the same ivory pearlescent material so that they match your other Chic stationery. Your reception room will look lovely when it is all set up!

You will need to order one per table, and don’t forget the top table! Table Names also available. Diamante buckles available as an optional extra for £0.80 each.

Chic Favour Boxes

Our Chic Favour Boxes are made from a smooth pearlescent material and are available with ivory, silver or honey gold ribbon. They measure approximately 4.5cm cubed and are provided empty for your filling. Why not order some wrapped chocolates with your boxes? Or if you wish to follow tradition you may prefer to use some sugar coated almonds. Either way, your reception room will look stunning when it is all set up!

You will need to order one favour box per person.

Chic Table Plan

Our Chic Table Plans are made using the same ivory pearlescent material so that they match your other Chic stationery. They are size A2 and are mounted onto thick board so that they can stand up independently on an Easel. The table plan can be decorated with double satin ribbon and diamante buckles / crystals as you please.
