If you would like to place an order for wedding favours, wedding accessories and wedding decorations please fill in the wedding favours and decorations order form.

We recommend that wedding stationery orders are placed as far in advance as possible as we are extremely busy! Here is a guide on how to order:

Have a look through our designer wedding stationery collection and pick out your favourite designs. We recommend that you order a sample pack (contains two different cards) to enable you to get a feel for the high quality of the handmade wedding stationery products.

If you have chosen our ‘Chic’ collection of luxury wedding stationery you will need to select a ribbon colour to match the colour scheme for your wedding. There are countless shades available, so if you would like a close match please send us a swatch of material so that we can match the colour as closely as possible for you. Swatches can be sent to: The Designer Card Company, PO Box 15028, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 9QX.

If you have chosen our Chic Square Wallet Wedding Invitation you will need to select your preferred diamante buckle shape. You can choose between a square, circular or heart shaped diamante buckle.

Are you a confident crafter? Our handmade wedding invitations are also available to purchase as DIY cards. If you choose the DIY option the cards will be sent ready for you to assemble yourself. You will be sent blank cards, then you can print and attach your inserts (sent by email – paper provided), and tie your ribbons (lengths of ribbon provided in the colour of your choice). We would not recommend this unless you are an experienced crafter – especially for the Chic Square Wallet Invitation which is a little more difficult to make. Full instructions are provided. You will need a guillotine and a sharp pair of fabric scissors.

Then you will need to decide on your wedding invitation wording. If you need some advice please just get in touch – we’re happy to help!

There are lots of wedding invitation font options too – please let us know your preferred choice.

If you require names to be printed in the invitations you will also need to finalise your guest list before placing your order, and we will require an Excel file containing a list of all your guest’s names exactly as you wish them to appear on the wedding stationery. Please double and triple check the spelling of the names as we cannot re-print if there are any mistakes! The names are printed exactly as shown, so please avoid putting numbers in front of each name or using UPPERCASE letters. We can print some blank invitations for you as spares if you wish.

All of the above information can be submitted to us in a wedding stationery order form.

As soon as we receive your order form we will produce a free PDF proof for you and email it to you for your approval within 5 working days. You can then make any changes you need to before committing to go to print.

To enable your order to be printed we require written confirmation that you are happy with the PDF proof(s) you were sent along with your full payment. The easiest way to pay is by direct bank transfer using the following bank details:

Your finished wedding stationery will be delivered to you within 20 working days from receipt of both the proof approval (in writing) and full cleared payment.

We do have a ‘Fast Track Order’ option whereby your order can be ready within only 10 working days from written proof approval and payment clearance. This costs an additional £40.

We also have an ‘Emergency Order’ option whereby your order can be ready within only 5 working days from written proof approval and payment clearance. This costs an additional £60, but please check whether this option is available as it will depend on the availability of the supplies required for your order.
