Save the Date Luggage Label

Save the Date Luggage LabelSave the date cards ensure that your wedding guests have plenty of notice of your wedding, and they therefore increase the likelihood of your guests’ attendance. Are you getting married during school holidays or on a bank holiday? Or are you marrying on a week day? Then make sure you send out a Save the Date card to ensure your guests are able to attend!

Save the date cards can be sent as soon as you have set a date, but it is important to make sure that your desired venue, church and caterers/suppliers are also free on this date before you commit to sending out your save the date cards.

Our Velvet Blossom Save the Date cards are available as 75x148mm luggage labels tied with luxurious double satin ribbon. Provided with C6 envelopes. Minimum order of 50.


3-Way Folded Wedding Invitation

3-Way Folded Wedding InvitationThe wedding invitation, RSVP card and Information / Directions cards are traditionally sent together. For this reason, you may wish to order our ‘3-Way Folded’ wallet style invitations so that everything is neatly enclosed. RSVP Cards are enclosed in a matching envelope and are tied to the card with luxurious double satin ribbon. The RSVP cards ask guests to detail any special dietary requirements, which will be useful when you come to compile your menu. Information cards are available separately if needed, and can provide your guests with information on how to find the venue, and any other information they may require. Up to 3 information cards will fit in the wallet, and they will be made as small, medium and large cards so that they stack neatly inside the wallet.

If you like, we are able to print your guest names in the invitations for you free of charge. This is particularly useful for our ‘3-way folded’ style wedding invitations which are delivered to you pre-tied with ribbon. So this will save you having to untie and re-tie the ribbon to write your guest names out. (You will be able to see the guest name through the top of the invitation).

When folded, these deluxe wedding and evening invitations are size A6, and are provided with C6 envelopes. Price includes all ribbons and RSVP cards but information cards must be purchased separately.


A6 Wallet Evening Invitation

A6 Wallet Evening InvitationThe A6 Wallet Evening Invitation is designed to match the wedding invitations. It is an A6 card with a handy wallet addition so that all information can be neatly contained. This evening invitation is finished immaculately with double satin ribbon.

As most couples do not require RSVP cards for evening guests as there is no seated meal, RSVP cards are not included with the A6 Wallet Evening Invitation. They are available separately if required, and could be placed in the wallet.

Price includes all ribbons and envelopes but RSVP cards and Information Cards must be purchased separately if needed.

RSVP Cards

RSVP CardsIf you choose the 3-way folded wedding invitation design, the RSVP card will be included with your purchase, along with an RSVP envelope. But if you would like to purchase additional RSVP cards, perhaps for your evening invitations, they are available to purchase separately. They measure 104 x 64mm and ask guests to confirm both their attendance and also any special dietary requirements. If you wish to quote an ‘RSVP by…’ date you can do this in your wedding invitation text.

Price includes a matching RSVP envelope.


Information Cards

Information CardsIf you would like to purchase our 3-way folded wedding invitations or our A6 Wallet Evening Invitations you may wish to purchase matching information cards to slot inside the wallets. These are priced separately since some venues give out information for you to send to your guests so you may not need them. Information of any kind can be printed on these cards, such as directions, maps, venue information, local hotel or taxi information, or even a special wedding message.

Up to 3 information cards will fit in the wallet, and they will be made as small, medium and large cards so that they stack neatly inside the wallet.


Order of Service Cards

Order of Service CardsOrder of Service cards are available for both church weddings and Civil Ceremonies. The Order of Service card provides the details of your ceremony and the words of your chosen hymns, readings, prayers and vows, along with the name of the vicar / registrar.

The Order of Service Cards are available as an A5 booklet with either 4 or 8 sides for your content. As a general guide, church weddings typically require 8 pages of content and civil Ceremonies typically require 4 pages of content.

The Order of Service Cards are decorated with luxurious double satin ribbon tied in a bow along the spine of the card.

Guests often like to retain these items as a keepsake. In fact, past customers tell us that they have been good enough to frame!


Menu Cards

Menu CardsOne menu card per couple is required, (not forgetting your single guests), and they can be set out on your reception tables so that your wedding stationery theme is continued into your wedding breakfast.

Our Menu Cards are square, size 150 x 150mm. Luxurious double satin ribbon is tied along the spine of the card in a bow.


Place Cards

Place CardsOur Place Cards are 110 x 35mm when folded. If you would like your guest’s names to be printed on the place cards we simply require an Excel file containing all of the names exactly as you wish them to appear. There is no extra cost for this. Please make sure you double and triple check the spelling of the names however, as we are unable to re-print if there are any mistakes!


Place Tags

Place TagsAs a modern alternative to place/name cards you may wish to use our Place Tags, which are available in ‘luggage label’ format tied with double satin ribbon. The ribbons can be tied around wine glass stems or favours to make your reception room look truly beautiful.

Send us your guest names in an Excel spreadsheet and we will print them on the place cards for you at no extra cost. Please make sure you double and triple check the spelling of the names however, as we are unable to re-print if there are any mistakes!

Table PlanOur Table Plans are size A2 and are made from good quality, thick board so that they can stand up independently on an easel. They can be laid out in a number of different ways to suit your preference.

Our Thank You Cards match your entire stationery suite and make a lovely keepsake. They are left blank so you can write your own personal message, and are available in size A6 with ribbon tied along the spine of the card.
