Try to place your order as early as possible, as we are exceptionally busy! The below recommendations will ensure that you receive your wedding stationery suite in good time, but it is advisable to allow a little extra time in case you find you require additional items.

Save the Date Cards

Save the date cards can be sent out as soon as you have set a date, confirmed a venue and confirmed the availability of your preferred suppliers. The earlier you send these the better, as it increases the likelihood that the guest will be able to attend.

Invitations, RSVP Cards and Guest Information Cards

These items are traditionally sent out 8-12 weeks before your wedding date. As the standard delivery time is 20 working days, and it may take a few days for us to produce the final proof, we would recommend that you place your order about 18 weeks (4 and a half months) before your wedding day.

Order of Service

The Order of Service Cards will be used on the day of your wedding, so there is no urgency to order them at the same time as your invitations. Ideally you should wait until the RSVP cards have been returned by your guests so that you know how many Order of Service cards you need to order. You should order them at least two months before the date of your wedding.

Menu Cards, Place Cards, Place Tags, Table Numbers, Favour Boxes & Table Plans

All of the above should be ordered at least two months before the date of your wedding. You may also wish to allow a little extra time for your wedding stationery proofing, since we recommend that both yourself and your caterers proof the menu cards.

Thank You Cards

It is advisable that Thank You Cards are ordered at the same time as the other wedding day items listed above. It is easy to forget to say thank you after the event and the honeymoon are over, but if they are ordered before the wedding they can be written and sent off upon your return. Your guests will really appreciate the kind gesture of your thanks for their attendance and gifts.

Emergency Orders

We offer a 'Fast-Track' order service for an additional fee of £40. This allows orders to be delivered 10 working days after written proof approval and full payment are received, rather than the standard 20 working days. If you are facing a real emergency we also offer an 'Emergency' order service for an additional £60, but please check before placing your order as the availability of this service depends on stock availability for your specific requirements.
